Lost or Delayed Parcel

Delivery services we use, normally have from 3 to 12 business days delivery time, sometimes it takes longer due to random circumstances. If your parcel is not delivered within 20 business days please contact us immediately. Sometimes tracking information is not very accurate hence please keep monitoring it as the parcel still have a chance to be delivered, even after 20 business days. It is very rare situation if you use “UPS”, “DPD” or “Parcel Force” service.
We assume parcel as lost, when we have this confirmed with delivery service provider, after you informed us about delayed parcel. We can’t send you new parcel before we are 100% sure, that the first one been definitely lost. This is because we aim to avoid situation, when you will end up with two parcels delivered, because we send new one, but the previous one been delivered in the meantime.
Claim Process for Lost Parcel
When we have confirmed your parcel is lost, we will send replacement immediately. You do not need to worry about anything else.
